Jason Byars serves as Senior Vice President & General Manager. Prior to joining the Terreva team in 2012, he was a Business Development Director for Veolia Energy North America and Program Manager for Combined Heat & Power at GE Energy.
Mr. Byars earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Richard Crowther serves as Vice President, Development. Prior to joining the Terreva team in 2018, he held several roles in the energy industry, including management positions overseeing Coca-Cola’s Environment Compliance and Sustainability initiatives.
Mr. Crowther earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State.

Ed Freydel serves as Vice President, Finance. Prior to Joining Terreva in 2024, he held several roles in the energy, mining and investment banking industries, including CFO of a renewable energy developer, leading finance & corporate development teams for a public mining business and completing over $15 Billion in M&A and strategic advisory activities.
Mr. Freydel Holds a BS in Finance & Sociology from Tulane University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
